YES, we will provide special pricing for a order of 2 or more of the exact same
imprint & size of the banners.

6. Can I request expedited shipping?
YES, UPS 2nd Day & UPS Next Day Air are available for purchase,
select shipping preference & add to cart for each banner.
7. Can your banners be used outdoors?
YES, we use high quality scrim-reinforced 13 oz. vinyl outdoor banner
fabric, with a 1” fold over the hem & double stitched on all 4 sides.
Printed on a state of the art solvent printer using UV resistant solvent inks.

8. Are your banners guaranteed?
YES, we guarantee the accuracy of your printed banner as shown on your
final proof. However keep in mind that banners are temporary signs and we
do not guarantee against ripping casued by wind damage. Your banner
can last for years if properly installed and/or stored.
NO, we will print anything you design & you can upload files
up to 20 MB in size on our Upload Artwork Page or send by
e-mail if files are less than 10 MB, to:

9. How are your banners printed?
3. What type of files do I send for my artwork?
All banners are printed on high quality 13oz. vinyl banner material on our
high resolution large-format solvent inkjet printers. These printers operate
on output graphics based on in-house computer art files or your submitted computer art files, with resolution up to 720 dpi.
We prefer, Vector Formats in CMYK. Vector Formats can be
AI files “Illustrator,” ver 10 or lower, EPS, PDF, or WMF are other
acceptable vector formats. For any vector formats submitted

For Photo/Bitmap formats, 300 dpi is recommended or
100 dpi @ Full Size, in JPEG or TIFF format.

10. Do you make other products?
YES, Banner Warehouse can produce a large variety of larger format
digitally printed products, vehicle lettering, vehicle wraps, posters,
wood & metal signs, window graphics, floor graphics, vinyl lettering, and magnetic signs.
4. Will I get a proof before my banner is printed?
Upon order completion, Proof will be e-mailed within 1 business
day.Requests or changes can be made by replying to proof e-mail and a new revised proof will be sent for approval.
(Note: Actual Colors may vary from different computer
screens to actual printed banner)
11. Can I get design/artwork assistance for my
project/banner order?
YES, We can take your idea or concept and turn it into visual final proof

5. How long does it take when my banner is shipped?
We ship all orders via UPS ground as standard shipping which is
3-5 days transit time after shipment. UPS 2nd Day & UPS Next Day
Air are available for purchase, just select desired shipping method
& add to cart for each banner.
